These terms govern your use of the Constellation Design Services website and customer portal (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. Use of our software products is also subject to your separate licence agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that software.
The Service
The website provides information about our products. The customer portal lets licence holders view and manage their licences, keys, entitlements and downloads. We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time.
Accounts
Portal accounts are provisioned for licence holders. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the Service at risk.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt it.
- Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law or your licence.
- Provide accurate information when you contact us or create an account.
Intellectual property
The Service, its content and our software are owned by Constellation Design Services or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here or in your licence agreement.
Disclaimers
The website and portal are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
